1. Offer open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK Ltd or Nestlé ROI, their families, agents or anyone professionally associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. An individual must have a unique, valid email address to create an account. Limited to one account per person, 5 accounts per household. The person who is the authorised email account holder of the email address indicated when registering must provide date of birth information and full address details when registering for an account and will be deemed the main user of the account.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend or terminate the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time giving one month's notice, even though these changes may affect the NESCAFÉ® Reward Me range that may be offered, or the number of Bean codes that may be required, or the time after which any issue of Beans may cease to be valid.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application and to terminate the account of anyone that is believed to be in breach of the offer Terms and Conditions.

5. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or the information on it, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Attempting to gain access to someone else's account and/or account information, or trying to obtain, generate, or guess another users account information or to enter the same code more than once or use promotional codes not intended for use in this promotion is strictly forbidden and should any participant attempt to do this, their account will be deleted and they will be permanently banned from the Website. If this happens, the offending participant will forfeit all Beans in his/her account and will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion any further. The Promoter may decide to take further action.

7. Decision of Promoter in all matters is final and binding. The Promoter, Nestlé UK Ltd, (NESCAFÉ®) shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this offer.

8. Further purchases are necessary and Bean codes need to be retained in order to exchange these against rewards.

NESCAFÉ REWARD SCHEME CLOSURE

1. The scheme is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. The final closure date of the NESCAFÉ® Reward Me scheme will be midnight on 2nd October 2011 although a staged closing process will apply.

3. The last date for new registrations to the Reward Me website is 1st September 2011.

4. The last date to bank Bean codes is 1st September 2011. Any Bean codes not banked to an online account by 1st September 2011 will cease to be valid.

5. Beans may appear on jars of NESCAFÉ after the 1st September 2011 cut off depending on how quickly the retailer sells through their stock of NESCAFÉ. However, Beans must be banked by 1st September 2011.

6. The last date to spend Beans is 2nd October 2011.

7. From the final closure of the scheme at midnight on 2nd October 2011, all online accounts will be closed.

8. After 2nd October, it will no longer be possible to spend your Beans on rewards from our Promotional partners. Each reward voucher issued before the final closure will be issued on time-limited basis and expiry will vary depending the individual reward (see individual reward terms and conditions).

9. Beans are valid until the first anniversary of the date on which they are credited to your account, or midnight on 2nd October 2011 (when the Reward Me scheme closes), whichever is sooner.

10. The log in membership zone for NESCAFÉ Reward Me will cease to exist as of 3rd October 2011 (0.01am).

11. Any Beans already banked online but left unused and not spent on any of the selection of 3rd party rewards available before midnight on 2nd October 2011 will be deleted.

13. Compensation will not be provided for any Beans left unspent by the closure date.

14. Beans cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash either before or after the expiration date.

Promotional Beans

1. A Paper Bean is a Bean without a code on the back of it*. An e-Bean is a Bean with a code on the back of it, which you can bank online.

2. Beans and their codes are printed on the back of promotional jars of NESCAFÉ® Original, NESCAFÉ® Gold Blend® , NESCAFÉ® Original Decaff, NESCAFÉ® Gold Blend® Decaff, NESCAFÉ® Fine Blend, NESCAFÉ® Black Gold® and NESCAFÉ® Green Blend. Beans will start to be removed from jars as of July 2011 in line with the scheme closure, as packaging is reprinted.

3. Each jar carries a single Bean code with a value of 1, 2 or 3 Beans. This code can be found on the reverse of the Bean when removed from the jar.

4. Beans may be saved and redeemed for NESCAFÉ® rewards. A full list of NESCAFÉ® rewards and number of Beans required for each reward is displayed at www.nescafe.com. For further information, contact Nestlé Consumer Services free on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) 00800 6378 5385 (ROI).

5. Beans can be banked online once registered at www.nescafe.com

6. A maximum of 2 Beans which are offered in the 'From plant to jar' sections of the NESCAFÉ® website will be accepted per registered account.

7. Beans cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash. The selling of Bean codes is strictly forbidden. The Promoter may require reasonable proof of purchase from registered users in the UK and ROI.

8. Beans are valid until the first anniversary of the date on which they are credited to your account, or midnight on 2nd October 2011 (when the Reward Me scheme closes), whichever is sooner.

*Paper Beans

1. A Paper Bean is a Bean without a code on the back of it which are no longer in circulation. All new jars of NESCAFÉ® will have a code on the back of them.

2. If you still have any outstanding paper beans please contact Nestlé Consumer Services free on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 (ROI). Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm. The final deadline for this is 1st September 2011 in line with overall Bean bank closing.

Rewards

1. Reward codes will be issued on a time-limited basis to a registered
email address, but the Promoter may, at its discretion, extend the time within which they can be redeemed.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated items with alternatives of equal or greater value and amend the number of Beans required.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the offer Terms and Conditions.

4. The Promoter and/or Promotional Partners will not be responsible if participants do not receive their reward if they have supplied insufficient, incorrect or false information when registering on the Website.

5. The Promoter and/or Promotional Partners will not be liable for any delayed or non-delivery of emails to participants. It is the responsibility of the registered user to check that emails from the Promoter or its Promotional Partners will not be automatically classed as "junk" or "spam" and sent to the user's junk mail filter or otherwise filtered or deleted.

6. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any technical or other problems that mean participation is impossible or delayed, or bids, claims or entries are not accepted for any reason whatsoever.
